Where cancellation is approved before work begins:

  • Professional service fees may be refunded after review.
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
  • Government fees or statutory charges already paid to any authority shall be refunded only if refundable by the respective authority.

In such cases:

  • Professional fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
  • Government fees, statutory charges, taxes, and third-party charges already incurred are non-refundable.
  • Any refundable amount, if applicable, shall be determined after review of the work completed.

After Government Submission

Once an application or document has been submitted to the relevant Government Department or Regulatory Authority, cancellation will not be available for the completed portion of the service.

Professional fees earned, Government fees, statutory charges, taxes, and third-party fees already paid cannot be refunded.

Government Fees and Service Fees

Professional service fees cover consultation, document verification, drafting, application preparation, compliance assistance, customer support, and related services performed by Legal Bharat Services.

Government filing fees, statutory charges, taxes, certification fees, and payments made to third-party service providers are separate from our professional fees and are generally non-refundable, unless refunded by the respective authority.

The approval, rejection, objection, or processing timeline of any application is solely determined by the concerned Government Department or Regulatory Authority.

Government delays, objections, technical issues with government portals, policy changes, backlogs, or rejection of applications are beyond our reasonable control and shall not constitute grounds for refund.
