Any timelines or estimated completion dates communicated by Legal Bharat Services are indicative only and should not be construed as guaranteed. Actual processing times depend upon the completeness and accuracy of documents, verification by the relevant government authority, statutory procedures, authority workload, technical issues, and requests for additional information. Legal Bharat Services cannot guarantee any fixed processing or completion timeline.
Approval, rejection, objection, clarification requests, deficiency notices, cancellation, suspension, or delay of any application are determined solely by the respective government authority. Legal Bharat Services has no authority to influence, expedite, or guarantee any government decision.
